The Privacy and Cookie Policy is a detailed information to make users (the "Users") who visit this website (the "Site") aware of the processing activities of their personal data (the "Personal Data"), with particular reference to the types of personal data collected, to the data controller, to the purposes for which the personal data are collected and to the main safeguards set up to defend the rights of users. C. Purpose and legal basis of processing


The personal data that Fashion Bed processes are only those that are provided by users such as: IP address, personal identification data (name, surname, e-mail address) released during navigation and purchases made on our e-commerce and institutional websites .

They are used by the Data Controller to manage the site and e-commerce, as well as to follow up on requests for information.

Once collected, personal data are processed for the following purposes:

1) For marketing activities (newsletters, sending promotional-advertising material relating to news, initiatives and offers concerning Coccoy's products or services and / or for market research or opinion polls). The treatments put in place for these purposes require specific consent from the interested party.

2) For profiling activities, i.e. the processing by Fashion Bed of the users' profile, after analyzing the habits and consumption choices, in order to improve the commercial offer and the services or products offered. The treatments put in place for this purpose require specific consent from the interested party.

3) For sending commercial and promotional communications following the purchase of one of our products. Following the purchase of one of our products, or in the context of a potential sale, we will send to the e-mail address you provided us with during the purchase phase, communications containing our commercial proposals on products and services similar to those purchased. The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. In fact, pursuant to art. 130 of the Privacy Code, the processing put in place for this purpose does not require specific consent from the interested party who, however, is informed of the possibility of opposing the processing at any time when each communication is sent.

4) For administrative-accounting purposes and for the management of any orders placed through the online channel on our e-commerce websites and / or to provide guarantees on products or services purchased. Legal basis of the processing is the execution of the existing contract between the Parties and the legal obligations.

5) To allow correct navigation on the Coccoy website, as well as the correct use of the various functions and pages of the same, including those relating to e-commerce.

The provision of user data is:


- Optional for purposes 1) 2). In the absence of specific consent for these purposes, no processing can be carried out on the user's data;


- For purpose 3), the data used have already been collected by the Data Controller to pursue the different purposes indicated above. Therefore, the provision of data by the user is not expressly requested as the Data Controller already has it;


- Mandatory for purpose 4). Failure to provide data makes it impossible to properly fulfill legal obligations and execute the contract.

C. Processing methods


The processing of the user's personal data will mainly be carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means, in the manner and with the tools suitable for guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the provisions of the Regulations and the same Code regarding the protection of personal data referred to in Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 and succ. changes ("Privacy Code"). In particular, all technical, IT, organizational, logistical and procedural security measures will be adopted, so that the minimum level of data protection required by law is guaranteed, allowing access only to the persons in charge of processing by the Data Controller. of the treatment and of the managers designated and instructed by the Data Controller.

The information acquired and the methods of treatment will be relevant and not excessive in relation to the type of services rendered.

The data will also be managed and protected in environments whose access is under constant control.


D. Data transfer outside the EU


Some of the third parties may be based in countries not belonging to the European Union, which however offer an adequate level of data protection, as established by specific decisions of the European Commission when a so-called "adequacy decision" has been made.

The transfer of the user's personal data to third parties residing or located in countries that do not belong to the European Union and that do not ensure adequate levels of protection will be carried out only with his consent or after the conclusion between Fashion Bed and said subjects of specific agreements. , containing safeguard clauses and appropriate guarantees for the protection of your personal data (so-called "standard contractual clauses"), also approved by the European Commission, or if the transfer is necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract between you and Fashion Bed or for the management of your requests.

- Right of access and rectification (Articles 15 and 16 of the Regulation): the right to access their personal data and to request that they be corrected, modified or integrated. If you wish, we will provide you with a copy of your data in our possession.

- Right to delete data (Article 17 of the Regulation): in the cases provided for by current legislation, you can request the cancellation of your personal data. Once the request has been received and analyzed, it will be our responsibility to stop processing and delete personal data, if found legitimate.

- Right to limitation of processing (Article 18 of the Regulation): the right to request the limitation of the processing of their personal data in the case of unlawful processing or contesting the accuracy of personal data by the interested party.

- Right to data portability (Article 20 of the Regulation): the right to request to obtain, from the Data Controller, their personal data in order to transmit them to another Data Controller, in the cases provided for by the article referred to.

- Right to lodge a complaint (Article 77 of the Regulation and Article 141 of Legislative Decree 101/2018): the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Authority for the protection of Personal Data if it considers that it has occurred, or is in course, a violation of rights regarding the processing of their personal data.

- Right to revoke the consent given (Article 13 of the Regulations): the right to revoke the consent given at any time by contacting the Data Controller for the processing of personal data that find their legal basis exclusively on consent.
